Our Sales & Service Center is located in Farmington Hills, Michigan and coordinates onsite service support. Emergency response is normally within 24 hours for all of our product lines.
Phone support is available 24/7 to assist your personnel in resolving most common issues. Remote service can be provided from this office as well from our technicians in Europe to diagnose programming and machine messages.
We currently have 2-3 technicians available for our technical support.
Our partners utilize Allen Bradley and non-proprietary Siemens components for drive and control systems on our equipment. Our agreement with these companies allows worldwide complete support within their organizations throughout North America.
Case by case we manage specific services for process development, support on various brands and retrofit projects.
Brand & Market development is key to success
Manage all North American sales efforts for our product line and Partner Companies out of our Sales & Service Center in Michigan.
Benchmarking and determining best practices for the North American market with respect to the Partner’s sales efforts and new product launches.
Attend and organize major trade shows for our product line. Provide After-Sales Service and support for equipment. Show-Room and Spare-Parts out of our Michigan facility.
